Who are we?
122 Scorer Street is a small residential care home providing 24hr care 365/6 days a year for two adults with a learning disability/high functioning autistic spectrum disorder. Located in Lincoln and registered as a residential home with the Commission for Social Care Inspection, Lincoln Area Office.
We provide services for adults:
- Aged 18+ years
- With a Learning Disability/High Functioning Autistic Spectrum Disorder
122 Scorer Street works with each resident as an individual, to assess their needs and agree a plan of care to support and assist the individual to remain as independent as possible and to attain their goals.
